PKGBackup Won't Restore/MewSeek Question

I recently got a new replacement iPhone 4, upgraded to 4.3.1, jailbroken, restored from backup,and all that good stuff. However, when I loaded PKGBackup on my phone and go to restore, it says "Warning! Your previous backup data is either corrupted or non-existent!" And yes, I've checked my contact list and there is only one PKG contact, and it made that contact last night when I last backed it up.

2nd Question. I've had to reload MewSeek on my iPhone and activate it, but when I go to ReSync, nothing goes back into my music folder. Have I lost all that MewSeek music forever?
