places to eat in downtown Denver

SO I am going to be in Denver, CO this week.
right downtown beside the Denver Convention Center. So I am looking for decent places to grab some good food that wont break the budget.
preferably open late and walking distance from the hotel.

I know there are online reviews of places to eat but rather have it from some MR's members who actually eat there on regular basis.
I am open to any food except seafood, thai, burgers, and pizza.

Yep, 16th and Larimar. In fact, just wander around Larimar / Writers Square and you will find some food to fit your tastes.

Baur's Ristorante is great but on the pricier side (Curtis? & 14th)
