Placing a time limit on Safari?

Hi,

Is it possible for me to place a time limit on the use of Safari?

I want to limit it's use to one hour a night only and maybe two per day on the weekend.

That might be possible by creating a Limited User account and setting the Parental Controls, but since I have no children, I've never done it.

...and if it's not possible with Tiger, they're beefing up Parental Controls in Leopard, so it might be in there.
