Placing an app on lockscreen? (ICE - In case of emergency)

Is there a hack or app or something that would allow an app to be accesible from lock screen? I have this app called ICE, but whats the point of having ICE info if my phone is locked LOL so I was wondering if theres anything out there that would keep my phone locked but be able to allow access to the ICE app.

look into the tweak slide away I believe it allows apps on the lockscreen

thanks for the info I tried it does allow u to place some things on the slider but it does away with the lock (i think anyways) but most importantly it only allows u to choose from a preset list of stuff to put on the slider area.

You can check out SuperSlider. It's similar to CameraLock where it puts an icon in your slider bar. With SuperSlider though, you can program that icon to open up whatever app you want. Haven't tried it myself but it looks like it might be what you need.
