iPhone 12 Pro Placing Order on iPhone 12 Pro and Delivery Date

Hey guys,

Just wanted to see if I place an order today or tomorrow for iPhone 12 Pro and my estimated delivery date in early January, do you think that ill be the actual date it will deliver? (through Apple)

Im shipping it to a state with no sales tax and will most likely be there over for christmas and would like to get it while im there or in the next 3 weeks.

Has anyone placed an order in the past week or so and got delivery updated?

Not sure why the 12 Pro is that long as I did check. 1/6/2021? That's insane, that's like a month wait. But I'm sure it will deliver sooner than that. How long do you plan on staying in the States?

I know you are looking at the 12 Pro. But I ordered my wife the 12 Pro Max on 11/20/2020 and shipped on 12/1/2020 and was delivered today (12/7/2020). From Start to Preparing to ship it took 10 days. What's nice is that the phone was manufactured 11/30/2020 as the serial number indicates, so moment it was built and completed they shipped it to my wife.

I'm just from California and ordering few expensive toys there to pick up to avoid the sales tax every once in a while haha

Thank you for the input! I assume it'll arrive there in the next 3 weeks if I order it because I constantly see near me the model I want available at least few times a week they are restocking at Apple stores
