Plain white overlay iphone 4

So I've found iCarbons that has a white carbon fiber overlay for the iphone 4.

I've seen decalgirl and grafixpressions (8th civic sponsor) but they're not *quite* what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for one that most closely resembles a standard white iPhone. No Carbon fiber, no matte finish... just plain like a plain white iPhone.
It would be nice to have:

-- Home button overlay
-- Cutout for apple logo
-- Built in screen protector

Any suggestions?
