I'm planning to install iOS 9 beta into my daily driver iPhone 5s. But, do i need to restore my phone when the final version comes out?

so if the final version of iOS 9 has been released, I can update thru OTA from the public beta?
No restore will be required. And it's also plenty stable enough to use as a daily driver, no reason to hesitate.

You'll be able to go in and out of beta the whole lifetime of iOS 9. Beta 9.0 to release 9.0 to beta 9.1 to release 9.1...and so on. (Providing you leave the beta profile you installed on the phone.)

Everything will show up OTA.
