Hi guys,

I just received the plantronics 925 bt headset and i'm wondering how you guys fit it into your ear. i'm new to BT headsets, and well the 925 has this little gel thing that juts out at the top, is this suppose to be jammed facing down into the ear? what i've done is insert the gel thing that sticks out into my ear first kind of and then twist it around so the mic is angled down towards my mouth. is this the proper way? i find that to just try to put the headset straight on with the ear bud first is just impossible because of the ridge thing sticking out. is that ridge piece supposed to be in facing down, or facing up? i know it's a stupid question, but being new to it, i just wanted to make sure i'm wearing this thing properly.

Pointy edge of the gel goes in your ear hole. Push that in first and then the read flexy portion falls into place... pointing toward the back of your head, and for me, a little up. You just... push it in.
