Plantronics 925 - echo?

Hi all,
Just picked up a Plantronics 925 BT headset to use with my iPhone 3G...

I'm having problems with "echo"... that is, I can hear my own voice in the earpiece as I'm speaking. I have a few other BT headsets, so I know this isn't normal... it's kind of irritating actually.

Does anyone else have this problem, or know of a way that I can "fix" the issue?

Other than that, the sound quality and reception is great... just hope there's something I can adjust to fix this echo... thanks.

I have the same issue with my iPhone 3G and Plantronics 925 -- I can hear my own voice through the earpiece. This is like an "echo" except there is virtually no delay -- my voice just appears to be amplified through the earpiece. I agree this is annoying, particularly since my voice is louder than the caller's voice. If anyone has a solution, I'd be most appreciative. Thanks!

I use mine all the time, and have never experienced an echo. Once in awhile the sound quality is a bit off, but only when I am driving in the Downtown area.
