Plants vs Zombies ERROR?

I just went to purchase coins for Plants vs Zombies. I bought the game like 8 weeks ago and play it a lot. See pics below. I clearly have the game, since im playing it. I have no idea whats going on or what to do. anyone have any advice (besides don't buy the coins. lol). Thanks.

Yes, I also restarted my iPhone and same message. so annoying.
