Plants vs Zombies Last Stand Flags Resets after new phone!

After upgrading from the iP5 to the iP5s, all my PvZ data stayed intact, except for the Last Stand Endless Flags! I was in the 1000s and now have to start back at zero.

Did this happen to everyone?

ETA: I should have mentioned that my upgrade from iP4 to iP5 didn't have a problem with the Last Stand Endless mode keeping my flags.
