This new technology that Apple is adding to their glass screens, plasma deposition; they say it equates to 75% less reflection.

But how likely is it that they'll now be comparable to matte screens for those of us who spend way too much time on our computers and are worried about eye strain?

Are there any other products using this technology? Or does nobody really know what it'll bring until the new iMacs arrive?

Try a retina MacBook Pro. My brother has the 15". Overall, it does pretty well with reflection, but when comparing it with my iMac, I wouldn't say it's that much of a major difference at this point.
