I was wondering if anyone knew the cost of getting the plastic back of the iPhone 3g replaced? I'm not worried about doing it this moment because I've only had the phone since launch. I'm one of the few who choose not to use any sort of case or protection (I feel they all ruin the aesthetic) and I'm sure I'll be replacing the back in the future ultimately. That is if I'm lucky and don't have to replace the whole thing.

Anyone know?

Unfortunately you might want to really protect the back. The reason is that in the old iPhone everything was screwed to the front so the back was easily replaceable. But in the iPhone 3G everything is screwed to the back and replacing the screen is actually the easiest part.

So even if the back is cheap, labor is going to be costly.
