Plastic bezel 23" ACD to replace 20" Dell?

I have the opportunity to pick up the 23" plastic bezel ACD for a very reasonable price. Would it be worth it to replace my 20" Dell? Comes with the ADC to DVI adapter.

Any known issues I should look out for?
