Plastic Scratches

I have a white macbook and noticed scratches on a couple keys on the keyboard and where my wrist lays on the white plastic.

I assume this was from a watch I was wearing.

Is there anyway to remove this?

I saw some reviews of ipod cleaning products that did not seem very hopeful.

Yes you could try something like iCleaner but unsure how successful it would be on the keys as it is used for the outer shell.
