I have a 2013 Mac Pro I have been repairing, which is not powering on. It has power, the ports light up, and no warning lights. In every case, I get all the leds lighting properly except #4, the platform reset release led. I have replaced the cpu, memory, logic board, cables, button cell, and power supply. Does anyone here have any experience with this or suggestions to remedy the problem?
