iOS Play a movie programmatically

Hi,
i wanna play a movie (MPMoviePlayerController) BUT hide all the controls (Play, Pause, Stop, etc..) so that only the movie is visible, and not on full screen.
there's an example on MPMoviePlayerController which is fine excepts when the movie start playing there's a flash of the controls and the movie plays on fullscreen...
