iPhone Play audio in background - post jailbreak

Hey guys,

Just have a quick question.
Before Jailbreaking my iPhone, I can do this:

Play music / audio from YouTube, Jasmine app or whatever even after I close the app (provided that I double click to the home button, swype right to my music controls, and press play again, JUST like that video)

However, after jailbreaking my device, I seem to lost the ability... I can't go to my music control, press the play button and expect the audio to play anymore...

I have Activator, Auxo, Callbar, intelliScreenX, Nitrous, Springtomize 2 currently installed...

Which app made me lose the function?

No jailbreak tweak stopped it. YouTube removed it all together regardless of whether your jailbroken or not. Flex has a patch for background audio or Music Controls Pro 6.0+.

I think it was youtube that removed the functionality

Download McTube from the App Store. It allows caching and background playback.

This is the only feature I can think of that's missing from the ProTube app. I've been hoping this gets added to ProTube. Fingers crossed.

Ahhh I see. Thanks. Do you think the dev will add backgrounding to the 2 tweaks? Seems to me that would be the next natural feature update since so many people want it. But I've also thought this for a little while now and still nothing.
