I have multiple DVDs with lectures that have chapters for each individual lecture. How do I play or rip these dvds to keep lectures as separate chapters or individual titles?

In handbrake you can rip each chapter to a separate video file. Then you could name them based on the chapter title and put them in a folder with the name of the full series.
On the iPhone, I don’t know of the best app for loading a folder of videos, but you could even do it something like Documents, Dropbox, or even the iCloud Files app
