Play or Convert old .Movie files

Hi.

I found my old Power Macintosh 7500/75. On its hard drive where some Adobe Premiere Projects and some Movies.

But all of them have the extension .movie
Quicktime on Mac Os 9 can play them,
but Quicktime 10.x on Mountain Lion dont...

Has someone any idea how to play or convert this files?
