I have a set of Backbeat Fits for the gym - I love them and used them for several months with no problems with my iPhone 6 running iOS 9.
I recently upgraded to an iPhone 7 running iOS 10, and ever since then I cannot pause playback with the play/pause button on the right earbud. If I press the play/pause button during playback, the music will only pause for about 1 second and then resume on its own. On the iPhone 6 running iOS 9, playback would stay paused until you pushed the play/pause button a second time.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or even solved it? It must be a iPhone 7 or iOS 10 thing. I have a note into Plantronics to ask if it is a known issue and if it is fixable via firmware to the headphones, or do we have to hope for an iOS 10 update to fix it, but I was wondering if anyone here has any suggestions.
