I'm going to try this when I get off work. Just wondering if I could connect my MacBook to my TV in the living (I have done that). Then open iTunes, go to my Shared library from my G5, then to the Rented Movies and play/stream that shared movie onto my TV via the macbook to tv adapter. I've used the adapter on my TV, just wanting to know if I can play a shared "rented" movie on my macbook.

Anyone tried that yet?

I'll add to this after I have tried this.

No Can Do

At least at this point, I was not able to see the "Rented Movies" in the Shared iTunes. I tried from iTunes and Front Row. It shows up no where. So I can't put a rented movie on my iPod and I can share it across a network to play on a TV. Guess I should get an Apple TV.
