Play two songs simultaneously on iphone?

Hey,

Does anyone know an app for the iphone that allows you to play two songs at the same time? I would like to use it for background-music when I’m listening to Audio books.

Never heard of an app that does anything like that. Also, wouldn't having two audio streams out of the same set of headphones/speakers be slightly annoying???

It depends on which two songs you are playing, I guess - if one of them is just spoken words and the other is instrumental it will NOT be annoying

I don't think it would be possible to find an app- however if you have an iPod as well then there is this little gadget that is supposed to allow you to have more than one set of headphones plugged in to the same pod, but it also works the opposite way- you can plug two iPhones/iPods into it and both will play.

Dunno if that will help but it's the only way I know of to do that.
