Guys, I need help with this. I'll be buying a new iMac this year, 27''.

..and I'm thinking if the Apple's Magic Mouse for games such as upcoming Diablo 3 will be the right choice.

I'm using an old Mighty Mouse, and I'm sure it would be a great improvement.

So.. how good is Magic Mouse as for gaming? Anyone tried playing SC2 or any other mouse intesive games?

Basically the same as the mighty mouse, except it tracks a lot better.

I've used both the Mighty Mouse and Magic Mouse, including using them for occasional gaming (L4D2, TF2, Torchlight, etc..). The Magic Mouse is much better than the Mighty Mouse, but neither can hold a candle to a real, dedicated gaming mouse from, say, Logitech.

Overall, the Magic Mouse will be fine for light gaming, but don't expect it to have all the features, buttons, bells & whistles as a dedicated gaming mouse.
