Playing higher rated songs more often in playlist

I have been trying to create playlists this afternoon to replicate how itunes dj worked, by playing higher rated songs more often, without any success

Does anyone know how to create a playlist (or multiple ones) to do this?

for example

I have a Christmas playlist with about 400 songs, which are all rated by how much I like them

In iTunes 10 I used iTunes DJ on this, with the option to play higher rated more often, so 5* songs got played more than 1* ones

In iTunes 11 it just plays the playlist, each song once

Any thoughts on how to achieve this now?
