playing iPhone library on MBA without connecting them?

Hello. Just got a Macbook Air and I want to try to keep it nice as long as possible and I don't want to load it down with a ton of songs and audiobooks. My iMac holds my entire iTunes library, but when I'm at college, it stays home and the MBA goes with me. I would like to play the songs that are on my iPhone through my computer, but I don't want to connect it. When I do, I forget that it is connected and I usually end up moving and dropping the iPhone. Is there any app that does this or a way to do it using bluetooth?
