i've looked around a bit with no luck, so i figured I'd ask here and see. is there any way to play songs from the itms on your mp3 car stereo aside from burning them to music cd then back to mp3/aac? sure there's more ipod integration now, but sometime it'd be able to play the songs you bought from itunes burned onto an mp3 cd. Too bad you can't authorize a car stereo - I don't have 5 computers that I need to authorize.

No dice. The only products that can play FairPlay encoded files are iTunes/iPods and the ROKR cellphone.

not that i know

I've never seen this option available. maybe if they had an external HD way of approving it and then connecting to your car, but i don't see that happening with the number of 'gadgets' available to connect the ipod to a car.
