Hello

I have converted a .MOV file to MP4 and tried to add it into my playlist for synching to my iPhone to view the video, but it does not work... can anyone suggest anything to fix this please?

Cheers

Does it fall within the perametors listed here?

Keep in mind that some of these settings are things you can't control in all software.

It's best to use something that has specific "iPhone" presets. Handbrake (free) or Quicktime Pro ($30) both come to mind. There are probably others out there, but that's what I'm most familiar with.

EDIT: I think, on a Mac, you can put it iMovie and then "share" the video to iTunes using its built-in iPhone settings. The point is, find something with a preset so you're not manually setting every little detail like "Baseline Profile."
