I have always wanted my iPad to ignore the auto lock when I was playing my music. I always have it on the coffee table using the MKB and stream to my Homepod and I like to be able to see what's playing at all times.
Never been able to do that before but with the new music screen and lyrics turned on it totally ignores the auto lock feature, only problem is when a song comes up with no lyrics it turns off as normal, but I got round that by setting it to go off after 5 mins.
I don't like having the auto lock set to never I always forget to turn it off and have got back home to find a dead iPad.
It's obviously because the screen is being used with showing the lyrics but I still think it's a nice bonus.
