I would really like to play Kingdom Hearts on my PS2. It's the main reason I even bought the thing for brand new for 30 dollars. ;)

But I want to have a nice experience and playing on a old G3 with one of those built in screens is NOT a nice experience.

I was hoping I would be able to get a semi affordable card for my desktop pc and hook it up through that? I have a spare PCI port and no spare PCI-E ports.

How much am I looking to spend? A side dream would to be able to use this card in the future for possible even a 360 or PS3.
Thanks! :)

Uuhhhhhhhhhhmmmmm...

I don't really understand the question, you want to hook up your PS2 to your LCD monitor? If that's all you want, you certainly don't need to use a computer to do that, just get the appropriate video adaptor, and plug your PS2 directly into your monitor. Could you clarify your question a little?

I want to hook up my PS2 to my LCD. It has VGA (currently being used) and a DVI input.

ok, cool

what kind of video output does the PS2 have? I can't remember.
You should be able to buy a converter box that'll do the trick.
