Playing RealAudio stream in quicktime.

I'm trying to play a streaming realaudio file, using quicktime. The website says that the Flip4Mac plugin makes that possible, but it's still not working.

My aim is to convert the stream to mp3, but I don't know any way to do that aside from through quicktime.
