Hello everyone,

I have a MacBook Pro
2.6 GHZ
4 Gigs Ram
512 MB Geforce 8600

So I installed parallels to play Red Alert 2 on my mac while I do some work.

It worked perfect, no issues, so I though why not try Red Alert 3, well that also worked perfectly (under low settings).

What if I keep playing like this? will my machine explode? :p

Um, no lol. If you keep playing it and everything is fine, then it will most likely stay that way, although if you Boot Camp it you will get much better graphics.

Parallels is not really designed for gaming as it's virtualizing everything including the GPU, Bootcamp is the way to go here.

I know, but I want to play while I'm using my Mac and doing work.

I might just get a PC if I really care about gaming.

Thanks!
:)
