iOS Playing streamed video across network???

Has anyone figured out how to get MPMoviePlayer to play a video streamed across the internet? I've tried modifying the MoviePlayer example, changing the URL code to the URL of my stream but it always reports that the Movie could not be played.

Anyone have any luck with this yet? So far I haven't seen any answer for this on the net, but plenty of people asking how to do it!
