Playing VCD Problems?

Hello again everyone, got a new problem here. I'm trying to watch this one VCD on my MacBook and it just opens up the files burned to the disc? I tried enabling the VCD feature on VLC and it would read the disc but not do any playback or anything, an error would just come up and close VLC all together. Is there any other program I should watch it on or any other things I can do to make it work? Thanks a bunch!

Don't bother. It doesn't work.

I had gotten over 80 stupid movies from India for my parents. All this stuff is vcd. It doesn't even read on my ps3 and it won't work on the mac. I'm gonna try it on my dvd player from best buy that I got for $35. If it works on that... I'm gonna be shocked lol.
