Alright, so... I'm buying an iMac whenever I save up the money, but in the meantime, I plan on playing World of Warcraft again after a long break, and I want to play on my Macbook (1 GB of RAM, 2 GHz processor, GMA X3100). I have tested WoW out before, it runs pretty decently... but I have noticed my Macbook gets quite warm (even hot) when I play... I'm just curious if whether or not I could do some damage to it if I played straight for my usual 4 or 5 hours. Thanks for any help.

I wouldn't worry to much about the heat. There's only one fan and heatpipe in the MacBook. It's going to get hot when gaming or under high CPU load.

I've played on my Macbook for many hours with no problems. However, the fan does get quite loud and the jewels get pretty warm. One of those fan pads that the earlier poster mentioned might be a good idea.

Cheers,
:)
