I have my iPhone synced based on smart playlists. I created a number of smart playlists specifically for my iPhone and to keep them separated from my other playlists I placed them in a folder to keep the separate from my normal playlists.

Now that I've upgraded to iOS4 when I go to the playlists on my iPhone it shows the folder rather than all of my playlists. Now I have to tap on the folder before I can access my playlists. It's a minor annoyance but it really bothers me, especially since that wasn't the case before. Is there any way to turn the folder off? I really don't want to mix my iPhone playlists with the rest of my playlists.

bumping. have this same issue. ANY way to flatten the folders once on the iphone in ios4 (or before sync) - i'm not looking forward to a major reorg of my playlist structure...
