Playlist not playing in correct order

I must be missing something, I can't get my playlist to play in the correct order. I created the playlist on my phone. I ordered all of the songs the way I want them, but it seems to shuffle them or play them in a different order every time. What am I missing? I'm not hitting shuffle, just hitting the playlist to start.

This is on my iPhone 6S+ running iOS 9.1. Thanks!
