Playlist Question, instead of track name big/bold, artist name?

When I select a playlist on my iphone, it's really annoying because the song title is big and bold, and then in small grey type is album - artist

is there anyway to change it so the artist name is big and bold instead?

when i scan for a song, i always go by artist name first and it's really difficult with this layout
