PLAYLISTS EMPTY ON IPHONE

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! For a number of weeks the playlists on my iPhone 13 are empty... the playlists are there BUT they have no content.... if I select a playlist a message pops up that the playlist is empty.... I have turned sync library on and off, I have deleted and re-installed the music app, etc. On two of my computers all is working well.... What can be done please! Joe
