I recently purchased an ATV2. I am about to purchase an iPhone 4s. I have been researching the PlayOn app which runs on the iPhone and iPad. PlayOn allows the iPhone or iPad to access content, including: Hulu, Netflix, Espn3, Comedy Central, Pandora, and more.
My question: Will the iPhone 4s allow AirPlay mirroring with the PlayOn app? If so, this seems to be a great feature that hasn't generated much discussion. However, I have to believe that the major content providers--e.g., cable companies--will do all that they can to limit such access.
Can anyone confirm that they have been able to use the PlayOn app with AirPlay mirroring?
