Please a Doctor, my iphone is close in a coma ; ) !!!

Hi,

Please advice me what to do. My iphone is "close to a coma" I have a question:

Since I downloaded the AppTapp application my iphone's screen only shows me "an itunes icon next to the icon of the white plug for the ipod". How can I bring my iphone back to what my iphone was before??

How do I cure my iphone ??

When I connect it to iTunes, it does not get even recognized by the program

Restore it from iTunes.

EDIT: Oh, if iTunes doesn't recognize it, something is seriously wrong. Reboot the phone and the computer and try it with iTunes again. Make sure that the phone cord is plugged directly into a USB port on the computer, not on a hub or keyboard.

No, iTunes doesn't recognize it when I plug it in. I go to the finder and it finds the iphone but many "archives" inside the iphone have written the word "crash" next to them. (Yes, i had always plugged it in to a USB port in my ibook).
