so july 24th 2008 i purchased an 8gb ipod touch and i see that september 9th theywill be coming out with a new nano and a new touch. ive had my ipod for almost 3 months... when the new touch comes out will they let me upgrade and pay the additional or like wahts the deal and what are my options if i want to get the new ipod touch when it comes out...? Sell the old one and buy the new one. There is never an "upgrade" option.

100% and I'd say $200ish depending on its condition, accessories, etc

a. 99%
b. you can figure that out yourself; just see what previous ones have sold for. You'll get much less the closer you sell to 9/9, especially if selling afterwards.
