Hi all, I have an apple iPhone 6s and within my email folder I have lots of sub folders ie family, important etc. The weird thing is they're not showing on my apple MacBook Pro ? I'm running High Sierra os. Hope this all makes sense. Many thanks in advance.

I'm amazed that my iPhone can have all my subfolders at hand but the current set up on apple MacBook doesn't ?

Thanks again ;-)

It seems like your folders are created locally, on your phone, instead of on your mail server. Try connecting to the web client for your email (gmail.com, outlook.com etc.), create the folders there and then move your emails to these folder (you can do so from your phone once the folders are synced.). Your Mac and iPhone should sync it correctly.
