I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to jailbreaking, and I am always concerned about bricking my iPhone 3G. It would be great if you could confirm that I am able to jailbreak 3.0 via PwnageTool now. I've read and re-read the dev team's post but I'm still not 100% sure. Here's my situation:
- iPhone 3G running 3.0
- Legit OPTUS user in Australia (optus sim card etc etc)
- Jailbroken before (2.2.1) but never unlocked via any "~sn0w's"(don't need to)
- iTunes 8.2 installed
- Mac OS 10.5.7 installed
- Any other information you need feel free to ask.
