Like most other people, I'm feeling the heat of having my iPhone/iPod usability screwed by the fact that my 30 Pin connector will no longer work with my iPhone 5!

So, I've decided to join the masses and 21st century and move to Bluetooth! But, my car doesn't support Bluetooth!

So, what I was thinking, is of getting a 30 Pin dock connector to Bluetooth device (see below), and then using my Bluetooth on my phone for Bluetooth audio.

Will this work? Does anyone have any suggested Bluetooth/30 pin adapters or suggestions and experiences?

Thanks!

I just purchased a bluetooth adapter receiver very similar to that one. It was suggested in another thread. It was cheap enough so I thought I'd try it out.

Plugs into my current iPod/iPhone connection in my headunit then hopefully stream wirelessly.

Give it a month. There will be tons of alternatives.

It was more of a need to move to wireless too, if possible. The change of adapter is making me want to make that change - kind of future proofs any sort of cable ;)

Thanks for the feedback, I'll test it out, seems like it should work!
