Would any of you please help me solve this minor problem with Adobe Design Suite Installer? If you had a Mac (PowerPC, not Intel) 10.4.11 (Tiger), how would you install Adobe Design Suite CS4?
Whenever I try to install it on my Mac (same specs as above), I get this "Installer Alert" (blank window), as seen below:
The Installer Alert is very common, but I haven't found the solution to solve this problem at either Adobe.com or tech-support forums. Please tell me step by step how you would solve this problem (keep in mind that I'm working with Tiger 10.4.11 with Safari 2.04).
I read that Adobe Design Suite 4 Installer would not work properly on Mac as long as you have the beta version of Safari 3.04 or previous versions of Adobe CS3 (which I've never had on my operating system).
