Please Help : 2010 27" iMac vs. 2011 21" iMac

Hello,

I am just an average user with a lot of desk work on iMac.
(Word, Video Podcasts/iTunes U, web surfing, e-mailing, web-design, illustration, photoshop)

I am planning to buy a new iMac this week or next week as the back-to-school promotion kicks in.
I just need to get some help decide between these two products:
(I cannot really make a decision)

1. $1270 (in Canadian)
iMac 3.2ghz i3 Processor ( July 2010 Version )
27-inch LED-backlit glossy widescreen display
4GB memory
1TB hard drive
8x SuperDrive (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
ATI Radeon HD 5670 graphics with 512MB memory
Built-in iSight camera


2. $1150 (in Canadian with student pricing)
NEW iMac 21" ( May 2011 Version)
2.5GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
1920 x 1080 resolution
4GB (two 2GB) memory
500GB hard drive1
AMD Radeon HD 6750M with 512MB





What is the differences in benchmarking between these two systems?

I think that it comes down to
Bigger Screen vs. Speed (with HD Camera) + Free iPod Touch (will be resold)
