Please help -- App to delete files or folder directly from the folder

Last year, I downloaded some app that allowed me to change the tools in the folders. It placed a delete button in the folder, so someone could select the files or folder and then click the button and it moved it automatically to the trash. I re-install my system to keep it clean and now find myself missing this app. Can you please tell me what app it was or another app that would do it.
