Please HELP ASAP! iPhoto conversion to PC

I have several videos in iPhoto that I need to send to a colleague for a presentation tomorrow, but she has a PC and is using Windows Media Player and the files as sent won't open. Any ideas on how to convert to the correct format???????

That colleague, if permitted to do so, could save you some time and download QuickTime Player for Windows and be able to play those files back.
Can she do that?
