my little brother just got an ipod and deleting songs he doesn't like off itunes... :mad: is there any way i can permently save these songs?? thank you VERY much

alright.... and how do you do this? and how can i open it and put them back in itunes... also does consolidating the library do this or protect the songs??
 
I assume you use the same user account? Copy your entire music folder (located in your home folder). Whenever he deletes a song, you can just copy that song back into the original music folder.

Better, but more advanced is to create two different accounts. Copy the music folder from one to the other. Now he can delete as many songs as he wants in his account and it will not affect your account.
